Yesterday evening ‘Vertical Shell’ the Tobias Putrih sculpture for South Bank Tower was unveiled. Curated by Future City and developed with Johnson Naylor and Kohn Pederson Fox, it is Tobias’ largest sculpture to date.
The piece looks fantastic and all involved have done a great job (especially the engineers!)
Only supported on the floor and floats, just some flanges fitted beneath the stone – it is remarkable.
