The Brentford Project occupies a 4.79-hectare waterside site. When finished it will comprise nearly 900 homes,  across eleven buildings as well as retail,  leisure and commercial opportunities .

Johnson Naylor designed the apartment layouts and interiors across the three buildings in Phase One. They also conceived and designed a visitor experience , which included the marketing suite and show flat plus a bakery and event space.
